Service Fees
Sol Wellness and Psychiatry does not participate in any health insurance plans, Medicare, or Medicaid. All fees are due at the time of service. Dr. Patel is therefore considered an “out of network” provider. Patients with out-of-network benefits may be eligible for reimbursement by their health insurance company. Dr. Patel will provide you with a billing statement if you wish to submit it to your insurance company. If you have questions about whether or not you are eligible for out of network reimbursement, please contact your insurance company.
Fee Schedule:
- Initial consultation 60 minutes: $400
- Follow-up for medication management 20 minutes: $150
- Follow-up for medication management 30 minutes: $250
- Psychotherapy follow-up 50 minutes: $400
- Group therapy 50 minutes: $300 for 4 (once weekly) sessions per month
- Concierge psychotherapy service 45 minutes: $3000 for up to 10 sessions in 12 months
*Care outside of sessions (telephone calls, paperwork requests) is billed at my pro-rated hourly rate. Please see my Practice Policies and Procedures form for more details.
Your initial meeting with Dr. Patel will be a consultation. During this visit, Dr. Patel will complete a detailed interview to examine your history, present symptoms, and goals for treatment. Together, you and Dr. Patel will discuss her recommendations for your treatment course. She may recommend medications, therapy, or a combination of both. Please note that the initial visit is a consultation to determine if Sol Wellness and Psychiatry is a good fit for you and if you would benefit from continuing treatment with Dr. Patel. The initial consultation is not a guarantee of continued treatment.
Follow up appointments range from 20-50 minutes as described above. The length is determined by your individual needs and goals. The frequency with which you will meet with Dr. Patel is also individually determined. However, all patients are seen at least once every three months by Dr. Patel.
