Here are some tips for staying active. Children take up a lot of your time. But there are ways you can still fit activity into your schedule. A good time to be active is when your child is asleep. There are ways you can be physically active while your child is awake. It may be easier if you break your exercise into little chunks of time. The key is to think of ways to make your child part of that activity.
